How do I apply for a job at GIWS?

Choose an open position, review its responsibilities and requirements, then select Apply for this role. Sign in or create an applicant account, complete the application form, upload your CV, confirm your consent, and submit your application through the official GIWS careers website.

What documents and file formats do I need?

A CV is required and must be a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file no larger than 5 MB. You may also upload up to five supporting documents in the same formats and size limit. Only provide documents relevant to recruitment and do not include unnecessary identity, banking, or other sensitive information.

Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes. You may submit a separate, tailored application for each position that matches your experience. Your applicant account cannot submit a duplicate application for the same role.

What happens after I submit an application?

Your application is saved securely and appears as Received in your applicant portal. The GIWS recruitment team then evaluates it against the role requirements. If it progresses, the portal will show the next stage, such as In review, Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, or Hired.

How can I check my application status?

Sign in and open My applications to see every submitted application, its current status, and its activity timeline. The applicant portal is the primary place to verify the latest status and any interview or offer details shared with you.

Can I edit or withdraw an application after submitting it?

A submitted application is kept as a record and cannot be edited online; changes to your profile do not alter an existing submission. Contact the recruitment team if an important correction is needed. You can withdraw an active application from its details page, but the online withdrawal cannot be reversed.

How will interview and job offer details be shared?

When you are invited to an interview, the applicant portal can display the date, time, time zone, location, and meeting link provided by the recruitment team. If an offer is made, its summary and response deadline can also appear there. Verify unexpected requests against your portal and official GIWS channels.

Are applications and uploaded documents private?

Yes. Applications and documents are stored privately and are available only to the applicant and authorized GIWS administrators involved in recruitment. They are not published on the careers website, and internal recruitment notes are not shown to applicants.

Where are GIWS roles based?

Each job page states the position location and employment type. Many roles are connected with GIWS operations in Gabes, Tunisia. Remote, hybrid, flexible, or alternative arrangements apply only when they are stated explicitly in the job description.

Does GIWS charge candidates an application fee?

No. GIWS does not charge candidates to apply and will not request payment or banking details as a condition of submitting an application. Use only the official GIWS careers website and report any suspicious payment request through the Contact page.

Who can I contact about a role or application?

Use the Contact page for questions about a published role, an applicant account, a correction to a submitted application, or the recruitment process. Include the job title and enough context to help the team identify the relevant application without sending sensitive documents by message.
