About the role
GIWS is looking for a Mobile Developer who can deliver dependable Android and iOS experiences using native or proven cross-platform technology. You will work closely with product, design, backend, QA, and DevOps to ship applications that feel polished and operate reliably.
What you will do
- Build, test, release, and maintain Android and iOS applications.
- Translate product and UI specifications into accessible, responsive mobile experiences.
- Integrate secure APIs, authentication, notifications, analytics, and device capabilities.
- Improve startup time, responsiveness, stability, battery use, and offline behavior.
- Manage signing, store submissions, staged releases, monitoring, and defect resolution.
What you bring
- 3+ years delivering production mobile applications.
- Strong Flutter or React Native skills, or native Kotlin and Swift experience.
- Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, networking, storage, and security.
- Experience with automated tests, CI/CD, crash reporting, and app-store release processes.
- Published work or a portfolio demonstrating product quality.

- Stable releases with strong crash-free and performance metrics.
- Consistent user experience across supported Android and iOS devices.
- Predictable store delivery and prompt resolution of production issues.
