About the role
GIWS is looking for an experienced Operations & General Manager to translate company strategy into disciplined execution. You will coordinate commercial, technical, support, finance, and people operations while building the operating rhythm, accountability, and service standards required for sustainable growth.
What you will do
- Own operating plans, budgets, capacity, priorities, and cross-functional delivery.
- Define KPIs, management dashboards, review cadences, and corrective actions.
- Improve workflows, controls, documentation, and handoffs across departments.
- Manage operational risk, vendors, service quality, and business continuity.
- Coach team leads and create a culture of ownership, transparency, and customer focus.
What you bring
- 7+ years in operations or general management, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in technology, hosting, SaaS, digital services, or another service-led environment.
- Professional Arabic and English communication; French is an advantage.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and follow through on commitments.
