About the role
This hybrid engineering role connects product quality with real customer outcomes. You will test web, mobile, and API changes before release, reproduce and diagnose reported issues, resolve appropriate technical cases, and turn recurring incidents into better tests, documentation, and product improvements.
What you will do
- Create risk-based test plans and execute functional, regression, integration, API, and exploratory testing.
- Reproduce customer issues, gather evidence, isolate causes, and communicate practical next steps.
- Resolve L1/L2 technical cases and escalate defects with complete, actionable context.
- Build and maintain high-value automated regression checks where they improve confidence.
- Track quality and support trends and improve release criteria, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
What you bring
- 2+ years in software QA, technical support, or a blended product-support role.
- Strong web, HTTP, browser, API, SQL, and debugging fundamentals.
- Experience with issue tracking, test management, API tools, logs, and help-desk workflows.
- Automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Patient customer communication and methodical technical reasoning.
