About the role
As a DevOps & Cloud Engineer, you will improve how GIWS provisions infrastructure, ships software, observes services, and recovers from failure. You will partner with development, security, and operations teams to turn repeatable practices into reliable platform capabilities.
What you will do
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using version-controlled infrastructure as code.
- Build secure CI/CD pipelines with testing, approvals, rollback, and traceability.
- Operate container platforms, registries, secrets, networking, and service observability.
- Improve reliability through automation, capacity planning, backup, and disaster-recovery testing.
- Support incident response and remove recurring operational toil.
What you bring
- 3+ years in DevOps, cloud, SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
- Practical experience with Linux, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and at least one cloud platform.
- Experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Kubernetes administration and observability experience are strong advantages.
- Security-minded approach to identity, secrets, dependencies, and change control.
