About the role
GIWS seeks a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer who can turn product requirements into dependable production software. You will make architectural decisions, deliver across frontend and backend boundaries, review code, mentor teammates, and improve engineering quality from discovery through operations.
What you will do
- Design and deliver end-to-end features, APIs, data models, and responsive interfaces.
- Set pragmatic architecture, coding, testing, security, and observability standards.
- Review code, mentor developers, estimate work, and manage technical risk.
- Improve performance, accessibility, SEO, reliability, and developer experience.
- Diagnose production issues and lead durable corrective improvements.
What you bring
- 5+ years building and operating production web applications.
- Advanced PHP/Laravel and modern JavaScript or TypeScript experience.
- Strong SQL, API design, automated testing, Git, and web-security foundations.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React or Vue.
- Ability to explain trade-offs and lead delivery without unnecessary complexity.
